  • It is an integrated resource for Human Papillomaviruses (HPVs) therapeutic regimens. HPVs mainly cause cervical cancer and are also responsible for head and neck and other anogenital cancers

  • Web resource includes various divisions most importantly Therapeutics section which contains sub-divisions i.e. siRNAs, sgRNAs (CRISPR target), antiviral peptides (AVPs) and pathway information, Epitome section that includes IEDB approved B- and T-cell epitopes, and predicted MHC-I binders, MHC-II binder, B-cell and CTL epitopes, Additionally, Genomes, HPV annotation browser, and Epitope map is also provided. Further, it also supports some tools like HPV blast, ConBlock, and Physicoprop for analysis and visualization.

  • HPVomics resource also provide HPV epitome prediction algorithm "HPVepi" to predict the B-cell and T-cell (MHC-I and II) epitopes.
