i-DENV predictor


i-DENV predict eficacy on Support Vector Machine (SVM) model. The input will be provided in SDF format and the output will be achieved in tabulated form with the information on IC50 values of the query chemicals.




i-DENV conversion tool


The "conversion tool" would be helpful to the users to convert the chemicals in SDF/MOL/SMILES format with the input as drawing of the chemical structure.




i-DENV Job Status


In the "i-DENV" webserver, we are providing the facility to retrieve the results using the job id with the help of "Job Status" webpage
