SAFARI HELP PAGE FOR STRUCTURE SEARCH


To enable structure based dearch in your safari browser updated version safari and java needs to be installed on your system.


Safari browser (MAC-SYSTEM)

Open SigMol in your browse and select Draw QSSMs from "Tools" menu if it is not working follow the steps below



It requires JAVA, if not working then follow the steps below



Next go to system preferences and select the JAVA icon form the menu



Follow instructions as shown below



Add site URL ("http://crdd.osdd.net/ and http://bioinfo.imtech.res.in/")as shown below





Run the web page again for drawing the structure, you will be asked for permissions as shown below and follow the instructions as shown in picture.








Finally the structure drawing tool is ready to draw the structures and search it in SigMol database...
