TOXsiRNA web server

⇰ First web server to predict the toxicity of the chemically modified siRNAs with 2748 chemically modified siRNAs with 21 different modifications used for model development.

⇰ Linear Regression (LR), k-Nearest Neighbors algorithm (k-NN), Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms were used for model development and finally best performing models from SVM were used incorporated in this webserver.

⇰ Best three models are implemented in this web server for predicting the efficacies of the chemically modified siRNAs with probable toxicity scores ranging from 0 to 1, with 0 being least toxic and 1 being most toxic.
