siMEPred : Modified siRNA Efficiency Prediction algorithm

siMEPred is an algorithm that predicts the efficacy of chemically modified siRNA's on multiple locations with different chemical modifications (List of chemical Modifications) on normal siRNA sequences. User can custom generate any number of permutations and combinations of chemical modifications in unmodified siRNA sequences using  MultiModGen.
